This is the agreement under which you use Rupyam. It is written to be read: what the service is, what it costs, what we may and may not do, and where responsibility sits.
Rupyam is a personal financial advisory service for credit, insurance and investments, operated by Vriksha AI Technologies Private Limited (CIN U62099KA2025PTC210150, GSTIN 29AADCU9741Q1ZC), registered office at Flat C1-123, Gottigere Main Road, Chikka Kammanahalli, Bannerghatta, Bangalore South, Karnataka 560083, operating from Building No. 46, 1st Floor, 12th Main Road, behind HSR BDA Complex, Sector 6, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102. In these terms, "Rupyam", "we" and "us" mean that company; "you" means the person using the service.
Rupyam is an advisor, not a lender, an insurer or a fund house. We do not lend money, issue policies or hold your investments. When you act on our advice, the product contract is between you and the product provider.
Rupyam does three things: it checks financial documents before you sign them, it watches the products you hold and tells you when something material changes, and it acts on your instruction, through a named advisor, when you decide to.
Free tools show the single biggest finding on a document. Paid plans add the full checks, the ongoing watch and advisor consultations. What each plan includes is stated on the pricing page and does not change mid-subscription without notice.
Published prices are ₹0 for the free tier, ₹499 per month for the AI Advisor plan, ₹999 per month for the plan that includes named human advisors, and ₹299 for a one-time single-document check. All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST.
Monthly plans renew automatically through a UPI Autopay or card e-mandate. You receive a pre-debit notification before each charge, as the mandate framework requires. Cancellation and refunds are governed by the Refunds & Cancellation policy.
If a product provider pays us a commission when you execute through us, that commission is shown on your screen, in rupees, before you decide. That disclosure is a term of this agreement, not a courtesy.
Our checks and reports are computed from the documents you give us and from stated public sources. Every number shows its arithmetic. Advice is prepared with care but is not a guarantee of any outcome: there is no assured saving, no assured return, and no promise that a lender or insurer will accept you.
Where a regulated activity requires a registration — investment advice under SEBI regulations, insurance solicitation under IRDAI rules — that activity is offered only under the applicable registration and its conditions, and the registration is quoted on the relevant surface.
We contact you only on channels you have granted through the Tick, within the windows you set, and every grant expires unless you renew it. No grant is required to use the service: declining every channel is a first-class choice and nothing in the product is withheld because of it.
If we ever contact you outside a live grant, report it in one tap. We pay you ₹501, apologise in writing, and log the breach on our public ledger at rupyam.com/permissions.
How we collect, use, retain and delete personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is part of this agreement. Voice calls are governed additionally by the Voice AI Disclosure, and cookies by the Cookie Policy.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law. Subject to that, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service in a subscription year is limited to the fees you paid us in that year, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Decisions about borrowing, insuring and investing remain yours. We stand behind our arithmetic; the choice, and its consequences, belong to you.
We may amend these terms. Material changes are notified on this page with a new effective date, and — where you hold a paid plan — by a notice inside the product at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance; if you do not accept, cancel under the refunds policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection forum available to you, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Grievances go first to the grievance process — acknowledged within 48 hours, resolved within 30 days — or by mail to grievance@rupyam.com.
